This event has already passed by. Sorry.
The Lupus Foundation of Minnesota and St. Catherine University Henrietta Schmoll School of Health Occupational Therapy Department have collaborated to build on its popular Fatigue Management Program with the addition of a NEW six-module physical activity program aimed at developing skills to improve flexibility, strength and endurance. A series of six program sessions will be offered in the Twin Cities (St. Paul and Minneapolis) as well as Alexandria and Stillwater.
The Physical Activity Program’s unique design offers a comfortable and supportive environment where participants share ideas and concerns, paired with access to knowledgeable professionals providing an exceptionally well-rounded learning experience, creating knowledge, techniques, tools and communication strategies designed to be used on a daily basis.
The programs are open to all previous Fatigue Management participants (as the curriculum is new) as well as open to those joining the program for the first time!
Space is limited to 10 participants per session. By registering for this event, you're registering for the six-week session, which includes sessions on the five following Fridays.
